The annual percentage rate of charge — a figure on a mortgage illustration that folds the interest rate and certain fees into one percentage, on stated assumptions.
APRC is for comparison on the illustration, not the monthly payment. Two products with the same initial rate can show different APRCs because fees and the follow-on rate differ.
Do not type the APRC into our payment calculator unless you mean to. Use the initial rate for the deal period, and read the follow-on rate separately.
