Figures labelled EXAMPLE are illustrative scenarios, not live market rates.

Calculator results depend on the figures you enter and the simplified methods described on each tool and on the calculator methodology page. A lender’s illustration, offer or redemption statement can differ. See the calculator disclaimer.

We aim to keep pages accurate and show a last-checked date, but rates, fees, lender criteria and tax rules change. We do not warrant that the site is complete, current or always available, and we may change or withdraw pages without notice. Corrections are handled as set out in the editorial policy.

You must not misuse the site, for example by attempting to disrupt the service, probing for vulnerabilities, or scraping in a way that degrades performance. Text, calculators and design are © Rodway Labs. You may quote short extracts with a link back; please do not republish whole pages.
