The European Standardised Information Sheet — a mortgage illustration format that sets out rate, payments, fees and early repayment charges in a fixed order.
UK illustrations may be headed ESIS or Key Facts Illustration. Either way, the fields that matter for our tools are the rate, the fees, the ERC, the term and the repayment.
Copy those fields into the calculators. Do not rely on a headline rate in an advert.
